Our story

It Started Behind a Pass, Not in an Agency

Plate Push Marketing & Automation Services FZC was founded by Kinshuk Vashisth, a former restaurant owner. The problems this company solves are not ones he read about in a marketing course — they are the ones that sat on his desk every day while he was running a restaurant.

  • Founded by a former restaurant owner
  • Started as a restaurant marketing agency in Delhi, India
  • Restaurants are the only industry the team works in
  • Every figure on this site is explained below

The problems came first. The company came second.

Kinshuk ran a restaurant. Like every operator, he spent his days on the things a restaurant actually demands — the kitchen, the staff, the suppliers, the guests in front of him. And like every operator, he watched a second job pile up behind the first one, the job nobody has time for:

  • Reviews arriving faster than anyone could answer them, and a rating drifting quietly downward.
  • A Google listing set up once, categorised wrongly, and never touched again — while customers used it to decide where to eat.
  • Photographs that needed a photographer, a closed section and a day of kitchen time, for a menu that changed next month.
  • Social accounts that went quiet the moment service got busy, which is exactly when they mattered most.
  • Marketing advice built for e-commerce, sold to a restaurant, priced for neither.

None of this is exotic. Ask any restaurant owner and you will get the same list. What was missing was not effort — it was someone who understood the operating reality well enough to take the work off the operator's desk entirely, and the tooling to make that affordable.

So he started the agency he had needed

Kinshuk started a restaurant marketing agency in Delhi, India, working on exactly those problems: Google Business Profiles, local search, reviews and replies, content and creative, and the paid campaigns around them. Restaurants only — not "restaurants among twelve other industries".

That focus is what compounds. Doing the same work across independents, cafés, cloud kitchens and multi-outlet groups, month after month, teaches you which levers actually move a local ranking and which ones agencies charge for because they are easy to invoice. It also teaches you where the manual work becomes unsustainable — which is where our software came from.

Where the numbers on this site come from

Four figures are published across this website. They are stated here in full, because a number without context is how this industry misleads people, and we would rather be checked than believed:

  • 60+ — Restaurants supported by our team
  • 100+ — Google Business Profiles managed by our team
  • 10,000+ — Customer reviews managed by our team
  • 15+ — Years of restaurant industry experience

What those figures are: cumulative work delivered by our team since the agency began, across every market we operate in — India and the United Arab Emirates. They count profiles our team has managed and reviews our team has handled, for restaurant brands of every size, including groups running dozens of outlets.

What they are not: they are not a count of clients in any one city or country, they are not a promise of a result, and they are not anybody else's work presented as ours. We do not publish a single client's private data, we do not buy reviews, and we do not print percentage uplifts that cannot be evidenced. If a figure on this site ever stops being defensible, it comes down.

Why the UAE

The UAE restaurant market rewards exactly the work this team is built for. Guests decide within a few minutes and a few hundred metres; Google Maps, photographs, opening hours and reviews do more selling than any brochure. The market is also competitive enough that doing this properly is a genuine advantage rather than a nice-to-have.

So the company was established in the Emirates as Plate Push Marketing & Automation Services FZC, registered at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, and it takes on restaurants anywhere in the Emirates while the team continues to serve the brands it already supports. The locations pages set out how Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi differ from each other in practice.

The software came out of the work

Every one of our products exists because the manual version stopped scaling. Answering reviews one at a time across dozens of outlets does not work. Publishing the same Google Post twelve times does not work. Waiting on a photographer for a dish that is on the menu for three weeks does not work.

So the team built the ReplyReviews dashboard, the ReplyReviews Chrome extension and Plate Push Studio — the software our own account managers use every day, which restaurants and agencies can also licence and run themselves. That is the software and automation side of the company.

What has not changed

The person who started this has stood behind a pass on a Friday night. That is still the test every plan has to pass here: not whether it looks impressive in a deck, but whether it survives a busy service, a short-staffed week and an owner who already has a full day.

How we operate

The Standards We Hold, Written Down

These are not marketing lines. They are the rules this website and this company are built to follow, and you are welcome to hold us to them.

No number we cannot evidence

Every figure published on this site is our team's own cumulative work, stated as what it is and attributed to the team rather than to a market. No invented statistics, no borrowed case studies, no awards we did not receive.

No bought reviews, no ranking guarantees

We do not buy or incentivise reviews, and we do not sell guaranteed positions — nobody can honour that promise, and the people who make it know it.

Client work stays private

We do not publish client names, logos or individual performance data. Where we show our work, we describe it by restaurant format and name no venues.

We say when something is not your priority

If a service will not move the needle for your restaurant yet, we say so before you pay for it. Scoping a smaller piece of work honestly is better business than an open-ended retainer that does not fit.
