Visual production is the bottleneck in restaurant marketing. A menu changes and there are no photos. A weekend offer is agreed on Tuesday and needs creative by Thursday. A paid campaign needs six variations and there is one image. Conventional production — brief, shoot, edit, revise — is slower than the restaurant business moves, so the work either gets skipped or gets done badly in a free design app.

Fast creative production has an obvious failure mode: everything ends up looking slightly different.
