How we handle the information you give us, and what we do not do with it.

This policy explains how Plate Push Marketing & Automation Services FZC ("Plate Push Marketing & Automation Services FZC", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information through platepush.ae. It applies to visitors to this website and to people who contact us through it.

What data we collect
We collect two kinds of information.
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry or audit request through a form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your restaurant or business name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your location (emirate or city)
- Your website or Google listing, if you provide it
- The service you are interested in
- Any message you write
- Your preferred contact method, if you select one
Information collected automatically. When a form is submitted we also record:
- The page you submitted the form from, and the page you first landed on
- The website that referred you to us, if any
- Campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) where present
- Your browser's user agent string
- A one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address
- The date and time of submission
We store a salted hash of your IP address rather than the address itself. The hash lets us apply rate limiting and identify abuse without keeping the underlying address on file.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and to prepare the audit or proposal you asked for.
- To contact you about your request, by the method you indicated.
- To understand which channels bring enquiries — whether a lead came from organic search, a Google Ads campaign, a social post, a referral or direct.
- To protect the site from automated abuse and spam submissions.
We do not sell your data. We do not add you to a marketing list because you submitted an enquiry, and we do not run automated sales sequences.
Consent
Every form on this site includes a consent checkbox that is not pre-selected. Submitting the form requires ticking it, and doing so indicates that you agree to this policy and consent to Plate Push Marketing & Automation Services FZC contacting you about your request. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing contact@platepush.ae.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a session cookie that is necessary for the contact forms to work — it carries the security token that protects submissions against cross-site request forgery. It contains no personal information, is not readable by JavaScript, and expires when you close your browser.
Where analytics are enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 and/or Google Tag Manager to understand how the site is used in aggregate — which pages are visited, how people arrive, and where they leave. These services set their own cookies and are governed by Google's privacy policy. We do not use analytics to identify individual visitors.
This site also includes a live chat widget provided by tawk.to. If you use it, the messages you write — and any name or email address you choose to share in the chat — are processed by tawk.to on our behalf so that our team can reply. The widget sets its own cookies to keep the conversation open between pages, and is governed by tawk.to's own privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. The contact forms will not work correctly if the session cookie is blocked.
Where your data is stored
Enquiry data is stored in a MySQL database on our hosting infrastructure, accessible only to Plate Push Marketing & Automation Services FZC staff who need it to respond to you. Notification emails are sent over authenticated SMTP to contact@platepush.ae. Access to the administrative area is password protected, rate limited and restricted to our team.
Our team works remotely, so authorised team members may access enquiry data from outside the United Arab Emirates in order to respond to you. That access is limited to what is needed for your request and is protected by the same security measures described on this page. Our hosting, email and live chat providers may also store data on servers outside the UAE.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that become clients: kept for the duration of the working relationship and for as long as required for our business records afterwards.
- Enquiries that do not proceed: retained for up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Submissions identified as spam: deleted routinely.
- Rate limiting records: automatically purged within days.
Your rights
We handle personal data with reference to the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you
- Provide a copy of it
- Correct anything that is inaccurate
- Delete it
- Stop contacting you
Email contact@platepush.ae and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request relating to personal data.
Third parties
We share personal data only where it is necessary to operate the site and respond to you — with our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, our live chat provider (tawk.to), and analytics services where enabled. We do not sell or trade personal data, and we do not pass enquiry details to other companies for their own marketing.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are protected by cross-site request forgery tokens, spam detection and rate limiting. Database access uses prepared statements throughout, credentials are stored in server-side environment configuration and never exposed to the browser, and administrative passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes.
No system is perfectly secure, but we take the handling of your information seriously and design for it rather than adding it afterwards.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
