ReplyReviews: The Restaurant Marketing Dashboard
The software behind our agency work. ReplyReviews handles review replies, Google Business Profile management, social publishing and marketing automation for restaurants — in one place, for every outlet.
- AI review replies — automatic or approve-first
- Google Business Profile management across outlets
- Social publishing and content scheduling
- Built by Plate Push Marketing & Automation Services FZC, used by our own team daily
ReplyReviews exists because the alternative did not work. Managing reviews, posts and profiles for dozens of restaurant outlets through the native interfaces means logging into a different account for every branch, answering reviews one at a time, and publishing the same post twelve times. At any real scale that is not sustainable, and what actually happens is that the work stops.
So we built the tool we needed. ReplyReviews is a restaurant marketing dashboard that handles review management, Google Business Profile work, social publishing and marketing automation across every outlet from one place. It is the platform our own agency team uses, which means the roadmap is driven by the problems we hit rather than by a feature list.
The product has its own site at replyreviews.com, where you can sign up and use it directly.
What it handles
- AI review replies. Replies generated from the actual content of each review, in your restaurant's voice. Two modes: approve and edit each reply before publishing, or full automation with no manual step.
- Review management. Every review across every outlet in one queue, with filters, response tracking and escalation for anything sensitive.
- Reputation management. Rating movement tracked per outlet so a drifting branch is visible before it becomes a problem.
- Google review workflows. Bulk handling, tone control and reply-rate reporting for restaurants with high review volume.
- Google Business Profile management. Profile information, menu, photos and Google Posts published across outlets without repeating the work.
- Social publishing. Content scheduled and published to social platforms and Google from a single calendar.
- Marketing automation. The recurring tasks — posting, replying, updating — running on schedule rather than depending on someone's spare time.
- Restaurant dashboard. Ratings, review volume, response rate and profile performance per outlet in one view.
- Chrome extension. Reply to Google reviews directly in the browser, without opening the dashboard. See the extension page.
Software, managed service, or both
Some restaurants take the platform and run it themselves. Others have our team operate it for them as part of reputation management or Google Business Profile management. Both are legitimate — the difference is whether you have someone who can own the daily workflow.
For restaurant groups and for marketing agencies managing restaurant clients, the multi-outlet handling is usually the deciding factor. The workload of manual review and profile management scales linearly with locations; this does not.

A restaurant marketing and reputation management platform built by Plate Push Marketing & Automation Services FZC. It handles AI review replies, Google Business Profile management, social publishing and marketing automation across multiple outlets from a single dashboard.
It is built for restaurants and the workflows they need — menus, dish content, multi-outlet review volume. Other local businesses can use it, but the product decisions are made with restaurants in mind.
They are generated from what the review actually says, in a tone you configure, rather than from a template. If you would rather check first, the approve-and-edit mode lets you adjust each reply before it publishes.
Yes — that is the main reason it exists. Multi-outlet review and profile management is where manual workflows break down first.
Yes. Many clients have our team operate the platform as a managed service rather than using it themselves. We will tell you which arrangement makes sense for your situation.
