Restaurant Software & Marketing Automation, Built In-House
Plate Push Marketing & Automation Services FZC is a restaurant marketing company and a software company in the same building. We run marketing for restaurants, and we build the SaaS products that work runs on — ReplyReviews, the ReplyReviews Chrome extension and Plate Push Studio. Nothing here is resold: the roadmap follows the problems our own team hits managing restaurant accounts.
- Three products of our own, live in production
- Marketing and engineering in one team
- Multi-outlet handling as a first-class feature
- Use the platform yourself, or have us operate it
How the company is built
A Marketing Company That Ships Software — and a Software Company That Runs Campaigns
Most agencies buy a tool, mark it up and resell it. Most SaaS companies have never had to use their own product under a Friday-night workload. We are on both sides of that line, and it changes what gets built and how fast a problem is fixed.
The agency side
Local SEO, Google Business Profile management, paid campaigns, social content and AI food photography, delivered for restaurants in the UAE and for the brands our team already supports. This is where the software gets stress-tested: 100+ Google Business Profiles and 10,000+ reviews handled by our team to date across every market it works in.
The software side
An in-house engineering team that maintains three restaurant SaaS products and builds websites, mobile ordering apps and custom software for restaurant brands. When a workflow is slow, we change the product rather than bill more hours against it.
Our SaaS products
Restaurant Software We Built and Run Ourselves
Each of these started as an internal tool because nothing on the market did the job for a restaurant group. All three are live, maintained and used daily by our own team.

What Restaurant Marketing Automation Actually Covers
Automation is not a feature we sell on top; it is the assumption the whole platform is built on. A restaurant owner does not have three free hours a day, so anything that depends on spare time eventually stops happening.
- Review replies. AI-written from the content of each review, in your voice — approve-first or fully automatic.
- Google Posts. Published on schedule across every outlet instead of whenever someone remembers.
- Profile consistency. Hours, menu, attributes and photos kept identical everywhere, which is what local search rewards.
- Social publishing. One content calendar, every outlet and platform, scheduled ahead of the week rather than during it.
- Creative production. Campaign visuals generated from your own dish photographs, so posting never waits on a shoot.
- Reporting. Ratings, review volume, response rate and profile performance per outlet in one view.
Where automation stops
Worth saying plainly, because the industry oversells this. Automation handles repetition. It does not handle judgement.
- A serious complaint gets a person, not a template
- Brand voice is configured by a human first
- Campaign strategy is decided, not generated
- Anything sensitive is escalated rather than answered
The point is that the routine work runs on its own, so the work that needs a person gets the attention it deserves.
Built for your brand
Custom Restaurant Technology, Built by the Same Team
Our products cover the work most restaurants share. When a brand needs something of its own — a website, an ordering app, a dashboard for twelve outlets — it is built by the engineers who maintain those products, to the same standard.
Restaurant websites
Fast, mobile-first sites with crawlable menu pages, direct ordering and structured data — built to convert local searches into orders.
ExploreMobile ordering apps
Branded iOS and Android ordering, loyalty and delivery apps, so the customer relationship and the margin stay with you.
ExploreCustom software
Multi-outlet dashboards, POS, delivery and payment integrations, franchise portals and internal automation tools.
ExploreSoftware or service
Run It Yourself, or Have Us Run It
Both are legitimate. The honest question is whether someone on your side can own the daily workflow — answering that early saves a wasted quarter.

Questions
Restaurant software and automation — questions we get asked
Both, and the two halves are not separate businesses. Plate Push Marketing & Automation Services FZC runs restaurant marketing — local SEO, Google Business Profile management, advertising, content — and builds the software that work runs on. ReplyReviews, the ReplyReviews Chrome extension and Plate Push Studio are our own products, developed and maintained in-house by our engineering team, and used by our own account managers every day.
Three products of our own. ReplyReviews is a restaurant marketing dashboard: AI review replies, Google Business Profile management across outlets, social publishing and marketing automation. The ReplyReviews Chrome extension puts AI review replies directly inside the browser, with no dashboard to open. Plate Push Studio is an AI creative studio that turns phone photographs of your dishes into professional food imagery, campaign creatives and advertising visuals. Alongside those, we build restaurant websites, branded iOS and Android ordering apps, and custom software such as multi-outlet dashboards and POS or delivery integrations.
Yes. ReplyReviews is available as a self-serve product at replyreviews.com — you sign up and run it yourself, and many of its users are restaurants and agencies with no other relationship with us. The managed service is a separate choice, for operators who would rather hand the daily workflow to a team than own it internally.
The recurring work, which is also the work that stops first when service gets busy: replying to reviews, publishing Google Posts, scheduling social content across outlets, keeping profile information and menus consistent everywhere, and pulling per-outlet reporting together. Automation does not replace judgement — a serious complaint, a brand decision or a campaign concept still needs a person. It replaces repetition, which is what makes consistency survive a busy month.
Multi-outlet handling is the reason the products exist. Managing reviews, posts and profiles through native interfaces means logging into a different account per branch and repeating every action — the workload grows in a straight line with the number of locations. Our products treat the group as one account with outlets inside it, and the custom work we do for restaurant groups usually starts from the same problem: one source of truth instead of five disconnected dashboards.
Only if you choose that. ReplyReviews has two modes: approve-first, where every AI-written reply is shown to you and can be edited before it publishes, and full automation, where replies go out on their own. Restaurants generally start in approve-first, watch the tone for a few weeks, and then automate the routine ratings while keeping anything sensitive for a human.
That is standard custom-software work for us: POS, delivery, payment and reservation integrations, reporting that pulls several outlets into one view, and internal tools around how your operation actually runs. What is possible depends on what your providers expose through their APIs, which is the first thing we check rather than the last.
Plate Push Marketing & Automation Services FZC operates as Plate Push Marketing & Automation Services FZC from Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone in the United Arab Emirates, and works with restaurants across the Emirates. Software is not geographically limited in the way an agency retainer is — ReplyReviews and Plate Push Studio are used outside the UAE as well.
